Upon acceptance of the Beta Tester’s application by the Disclosing Party, the Beta Tester will be given access to Confidential Information which is the property of the Disclosing Party.In this Agreement, the party disclosing such information shall be referred to as the “Disclosing Party” and the party receiving such information shall be referred to as the “Receiving Party”.However a young person of at least 16 years of age may enlist as a Beta Tester upon submission of an accompanying letter of acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement signed by his/her Parent or Guardian. All Beta Testers confirm and acknowledge that they are 18 years of age or older.
